Panora works with international suppliers located both within and outside the European Union. For orders shipped within the EU, applicable VAT is generally included in the price at checkout, in accordance with EU regulations.
For orders shipped from outside the EU, additional charges such as VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may be applied by local authorities or carriers, depending on the destination country and order value. These charges are determined by local regulations and are beyond our control.
Whenever possible, we collaborate with logistics partners that use simplified tax systems such as IOSS to reduce the likelihood of unexpected fees. However, in some cases, additional costs may still occur and, in accordance with EU rules, remain the responsibility of the customer.
