At Panora, our goal is to ensure a safe, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us evaluate your request, you may be asked to provide your order number and evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund, a replacement of the same product, a similar product, or store credit.

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us within this period. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method and are processed within up to 10 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item sent by Panora, we will cover the return shipping costs. In cases where the return is made for personal reasons, such as change of mind, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Requests made outside the stated deadlines may not be accepted. Products returned without prior contact or authorization, showing signs of use, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
